Greetings, I am Denise Watson-Smith, a Licensed and Ordained Minister and a Certified Christian Life Coach. I am married with 4 children, I have a beautiful daughter-in-love and 4 amazing grandchildren. I received my Bachelors Degree from Liberty University in Religion and my Master of Divinity Degree from Liberty Theological Seminary in Pastoral Studies. I received my certification to be a Christian Life Coach and a Certified HIScoach™ in addition to becoming a Certified Christian Pre-Marital and Marital Coach through HIScoach Training Academy. One day, I started a journey in life to begin to work on me. I had gotten to a place of feeling unworthy, tired, frustrated, unfulfilled and the truth is, I just did not love me. I loved who I was for others, but I did not love me for me because I did not see the necessity in me. I was always looking for validation in others, wanting to hear just how much I mattered to others or shall I say, to my family. I wanted to hear my husband tell me how much I mattered to him and my children tell me that I mattered to them. And when those words did not come, I did not see how I even mattered to myself. I was miserable, hurt, broken, being accountable to those who may someday just walk away but not having any accountability to myself. I then had to stop and ask myself the question, what will happen if those that I am accountable to would just walk away, who would be there to hold me accountable; where would my accountability come from; I was so busy being what everyone else needed me to be that I forgot to be who I needed to be. I was busy living for others that I forgot to live!!! The thing is, there is nothing wrong with having accountability to others, it’s when you neglect you in the process. So I made a decision, #iamaccountabletome! And from that, LIFE happened!!! Now let me help you become accountable to you!
